Why we built PinAppAI

We were tired of the trade-off.

Every visual feedback tool we tried was either a heavyweight SaaS that owned our data, a Chrome extension that only worked for one reviewer at a time, or a homebrew solution that broke whenever someone touched the layout.

PinAppAI is the boring middle ground: one script tag, your own Cloudflare account, your own D1. Reviewers drop pins or approve sections directly on the live page. Admins see comments grouped by URL, ordered top-to-bottom, exportable to Markdown.

This first post is mostly a placeholder — but the project is real, and the README has the install steps.
